Patient Resources was created to meet a growing and urgent need: compassionate, high-quality care for individuals who want to age in place or recover in the comfort of their own homes.

With decades of experience behind us and a deep commitment to community, we knew there was a better way to serve the people who trust us with their health.

So, we built it.

Our founding team includes some of Florida’s most experienced clinical and operational leaders in the home health space—individuals who have led top-performing agencies across the state and who understand, down to the last detail, what it takes to deliver care that’s timely, respectful, and deeply personal.

Over time, we developed a proven model for delivering patient-centered care, supported by best-in-class systems for service coordination, logistics, compliance, and quality monitoring. And at every step, we’ve remained grounded in a simple but powerful mission: to care for every person the way we would care for our own family.
